Guest have private access to the entire townhome, garage, and rooftop.
For any grocery needs, Kroger is located on the same block as the community and is about a two minute walk from the townhome.
For hard alcohol, Wendell Smiths Liquor Store is about half a mile away.
There are multiple local bars and restaurants within a few minutes drive of our homes along Charlotte Ave. L&L Market is an indoor vintage marketplace that has a brewery, shops, food and is home to Culture & Co.- the rotating conveyor belt displaying cheese, charcuterie boards, and wine.
For nearby bars, check out Streetcar- a new pub and beer garden with an outdoor patio in a restored, turn-of-the-century commercial building. Fat Bottom Brewing, Bearded Iris Brewing, and Bassline Brewing Company are all located nearby as well.
For nearby brunch and coffee shops, check out The Cafe at Thistle Farms- a cafe with a fantastic cause and great brunch menu. Cafe at Thistle Farms heals, empowers, and employs women survivors of trafficking and prostitution. Big Bad Breakfast, Another Broken Egg Cafe, and Frothy Monkey cafe are also located nearby.
For nearby restaurants, Hattie B’s Hot Chicken is a Nashville staple, M.L. Rose Craft Beet and Burgers and Caffe Nonna are also recommended restaurants nearby.

Notice for Weekday Reservations:
Our trash day is on Tuesday. Our handyman will take the trash cans out from the garage to the front curb on Monday evening, and bring the trash can back inside on Tuesday evening. They only enter directly through the garage to take the trash cans out.
The garage fits two vehicles. Any additional vehicles must park on the street or the large Kroger lot next door.

What guests say
This townhouse has plenty of space! We had 7 people and there was definitely room for more! So nice having 4 full bathrooms and a kitchen large enough to cook meals in. The rooftop was so nice in the mornings and evenings. Just a few things to know before you go, the road up to the townhouse is steep and has humps that a low ridding vehicle would have trouble. We were driving a minivan with 5 adults when we first arrived and the bottom of our minivan scraped on the humps. From then on all the passengers walked either down to the end of the road or up to the townhouse while one person drove the minivan. That worked much better! There is a humane society right next to the townhouse and in the mornings (around 7am) they take the dogs outside so there's lots of barking and it can be heard inside the townhouse! Overall the place is very clean, comfortable, & fun! Courtney was always quick to respond, very friendly & helpful.
The place in person surpassed how beautiful it looked in the listing. It was very convenient, only 10 minutes from downtown and five minutes from our family’s in Hillwood. It’s walking distance to the grocery store, which was extremely convenient around the holiday. The place was stylish and stunningly decorated, not kitschy. All the rooms were gorgeous. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. You could hear footsteps if anyone was heavy-footed and up out of bed before you, but that’s the only comment I have other than everything else being absolutely perfect.
Although marketed and decorated as a Bachelorette party pad, the space wasn't so extreme we couldn't have a relaxing time. Everything about thr place from the nearly dozen guitars as decor to the combed boots, this place is unmistakably Nashville. The overflow parking at Kroger is not nearly as daunting as I thought and access to the highways, and even surface streets into downtown made it a great spot.
Courtney’s condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean with lots of amenities. The kitchen is very well stocked. We had no issues with our stay. The air conditioner worked great (it was hot and humid outside). The beds were comfortable. There is a grocery store less than a block away. The location is convenient to downtown.
Had a great stay! The house was very clean and well maintained, and Courtney was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect—just a short distance from downtown Nashville and close to all the main attractions. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
Exactly as depicted and described. Gorgeously decorated. Great vibes. Not too far or too close to downtown. Food/grocery easily accessible...extremely close! Great, quick, and eady communication with host. All around wonderful. Highly recommend.
