Get ready to walk into this one-of-a-kind, jungle themed oasis in the heart of Music City! The Sapphire House is designed with elegance and royalty in mind; with ceilings full of starry night skies, walls adorned in flowering vines, colorful neon lights, and numerous hand painted murals.
The Sapphire House boasts endless photo op locations, a rooftop deck with views of the Nashville skyline, a unique glam area equipped with lights and mirrors for getting ready together, a two car garage, an electric fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen.
Located in a gated community, we are only 4 miles from Broadway (about a ten minute Uber ride).

Guest have private access to the entire townhome and rooftop.
For any grocery needs, Kroger is located on the same block as the community and is about a two minute walk from the townhome.
For hard alcohol, Wendell Smiths Liquor Store is about half a mile away.
There are multiple local bars and restaurants within a few minutes drive of our homes along Charlotte Ave. L&L Market is an indoor vintage marketplace that has a brewery, shops, food and is home to Culture & Co.- the rotating conveyor belt displaying cheese, charcuterie boards, and wine.
For nearby bars, check out Streetcar- a new pub and beer garden with an outdoor patio in a restored, turn-of-the-century commercial building. Fat Bottom Brewing, Bearded Iris Brewing, and Bassline Brewing Company are all located nearby as well.
For nearby brunch and coffee shops, check out The Cafe at Thistle Farms- a cafe with a fantastic cause and great brunch menu. Cafe at Thistle Farms heals, empowers, and employs women survivors of trafficking and prostitution. Big Bad Breakfast, Another Broken Egg Cafe, and Frothy Monkey cafe are also located nearby.
For nearby restaurants, Hattie B’s Hot Chicken is a Nashville staple, M.L. Rose Craft Beet and Burgers and Caffe Nonna are also recommended restaurants nearby.

Notice for Weekday Reservations:
Our trash day is on Tuesday. Our handyman will take the trash cans out from the garage to the front curb on Monday evening, and bring the trash can back inside on Tuesday evening. They only enter directly through the garage to take the trash cans out.
The garage fits two vehicles. Any additional vehicles must park on the street or the large Kroger lot next door.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sapphire House! We stayed with a group of 9 for a bachelorette weekend, and it was the perfect home for our trip. The decor is stunning and even better in person. You can tell so much thought went into every detail, and there were endless photo opportunities throughout the house. The home was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful extras, like makeup wipes, hair ties, toiletries, and other essentials that made our stay feel effortless. We made amazing memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for a bachelorette, birthday or group visiting Nashville!
Overall, I was very impressed with this Airbnb and honestly wish I could have stayed longer. Our host was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance, which really stood out and made the experience even better. The place itself was one of the most unique stays I’ve experienced—spotlessly clean with excellent amenities all in one location. It was clear that other guests were enjoying their stay as well. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to any family or friends visiting Nashville. It was worth every penny—definitely a 10/10 experience.
This place was like walking into a dream! The design the intent behind every piece and even the fact that she had everything you could need readily assessable! You can fit a large group into this house and you won’t feel like you are on top of each other because of how big this house truly is! I WILL be staying with this host again because she was great at communicating and responsive and so ever helpful!! I 1000%%%% recommend this host every day!!!
This is probably one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed! The decor is SO FUN and there are so many photo opportunities in the house. I will 1000000% book this place again. We went with a group of friends for my husband’s birthday but this would also be a perfect girls/Bach trip. The rooms are very well spaced out and it felt like everyone got their own private bathroom. Courtney was very quick to respond to any questions I had and she was super friendly!
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very conveniently located to downtown Nashville and several other places we wanted to see. The place was very clean and decorated with cute props that our grandkids enjoyed. The kitchen and main living area was spacious enough for our whole family to enjoy. The only thing I would have liked better was Queen beds instead of Queen day beds. It made it a little difficult to get in and out of bed for couples sleeping together. I loved having the 4 bathrooms. That was nice for everyone getting ready to go out. The rooftop area was nice and relaxing in the evening. Overall, we had a great stay.
The Sapphire House did not disappoint!! The PERFECT house for our bachelorette weekend! Every inch decorated to theme!! We found it to be exactly as you see in the pics. Very clean and well stocked with bathroom essentials. Courtney was so accommodating and responsive. Just an overall excellent experience!! We used ride shares to downtown and it was just a short 15 minute ride. Highly recommend!!
