Guests have exclusive, private access to the entire townhome and rooftop.
For any grocery needs, Kroger is located on the same block as the community and is about a two minute walk from the townhome.
For hard alcohol, Wendell Smiths Liquor Store is about half a mile away.
There are multiple local bars and restaurants within a few minutes drive of our homes along Charlotte Ave. L&L Market is an indoor vintage marketplace that has a brewery, shops, food and is home to Culture & Co.- the rotating conveyor belt displaying cheese, charcuterie boards, and wine.
For nearby bars, check out Streetcar- a new pub and beer garden with an outdoor patio in a restored, turn-of-the-century commercial building. Fat Bottom Brewing, Bearded Iris Brewing, and Bassline Brewing Company are all located nearby as well.
For nearby brunch and coffee shops, check out The Cafe at Thistle Farms- a cafe with a fantastic cause and great brunch menu. Cafe at Thistle Farms heals, empowers, and employs women survivors of trafficking and prostitution. Big Bad Breakfast, Another Broken Egg Cafe, and Frothy Monkey cafe are also located nearby.
For nearby restaurants, Hattie B’s Hot Chicken is a Nashville staple, M.L. Rose Craft Beet and Burgers and Caffe Nonna are also recommended restaurants nearby.

Notice for Weekday Reservations:
Our trash day is on Tuesday. Our handyman will take the trash cans out from the garage to the front curb on Monday evening, and bring the trash can back inside on Tuesday evening. They only enter directly through the garage to take the trash cans out.

We stayed in Courtney's place with seven girls for a Nashville long weekend. There was plenty of room for all of us. The decor was fun and there was a lot of photo opportunities. Any questions that we had Courtney always answered. I took walks and felt safe in the neighborhood. It was probably a 10 to 15 minute Lyft ride to Broadway and about 15 to 20 to the airport. A. Kroger supermarket is literally about a 2 to 3 minute walk through a parking lot. If I ever come back to Nashville I will definitely stay here again. I have stayed in many airbnbs and this was far most the cleanest. Having q-tips and hair ties and your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner and blow dryer is such a plus when you're flying. She supplied coffee pods which was really appreciated after a late night flight. The weather didn't cooperate for us to be on the rooftop deck only one day and night but it was very nice. Access was given in clear details and simple to use. Thank you for a memorable stay!!
The Swifty Suite was absolutely perfect! We were visiting Nashville for a Taylor Swift theme bachelorette party and were so excited when we found this place! The Swifty details were throughout the home. Not to mention the home was absolutely adorable! There was plenty of room and it was well stocked with toiletries, kitchen items, and bachelorette themed favors. The home was clean and a short drive to Broadway. The host provided some great recs of things to do along with discount codes. The recommended Honkey Tonk Express was so much fun! I highly recommend staying here!
This was the perfect house for our “Lover” themed bachelorette party! The house was beautifully decorated and on theme. It was nice to have plenty of bed options and the bunk beds were even queen sized. The perfect adult sleepover vibes. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio and cozy living room for lounging. The kitchen and dining seating was perfect for a large group. Everything was clean and just as described. Courtney was very responsive. We had an awesome stay and would highly recommend!
Our stay was better than words! It’s a beautifully done space for any Swiftie! For 10 people, we were super comfortable and each bedroom had their own bathroom which was super ideal. Full kitchen with all appliances and furnished rooftop. It’s about a 10-15 minute uber ride to broadway. Courtney also gave us a discount code for Fetii, which is a sprinter van ride share, would highly recommend using it!! She was quick to answer any concerns I had during the stay. We would gladly rent again!
Courtney was the most amazing hostess. She was kind, responsive and gave very details check in instructions. The house was identical to the pictures on the website. Lots and lots of comfy pillows, blankets and bedding. Chargers for devices were provided in all the bedrooms. The house was so amazingly detailed and was the perfect girls weekend retreat! The kitchen and bathrooms were very well cleaned and the entire house was perfect! The house is in a gated complex, beautiful new apartments around it and the entire grounds appeared quite new and very well maintained. I cannot wait to book this listing again!
This was the best Airbnb for my Swifty Bach party. We had ten people and there were plenty of bathrooms and areas for getting ready. The closet space was more than enough. We did a Jack and Jill Bach with some of the groomsmen and bridesmaid’s partners. Even the guys appreciated the rooftop patio, grill, and large televisions. There were wireless phone chargers around the house which were very convenient. There’s a Kroger walking distance and the house is in a gated community. We felt safe. Getting an uber to and from downtown was easy. The checkout instructions were very manageable. It was clean and seemed new and updated. I am a very happy bride who appreciated the girly and luxurious feel of this place. Thanks so much! :)
