For any grocery needs, Kroger is located on the same block as the community and is about a two minute walk from the townhome.
For hard alcohol, Wendell Smiths Liquor Store is about half a mile away.
There are multiple local bars and restaurants within a few minutes drive of our homes along Charlotte Ave. L&L Market is an indoor vintage marketplace that has a brewery, shops, food and is home to Culture & Co.- the rotating conveyor belt displaying cheese, charcuterie boards, and wine.
For nearby bars, check out Streetcar- a new pub and beer garden with an outdoor patio in a restored, turn-of-the-century commercial building. Fat Bottom Brewing, Bearded Iris Brewing, and Bassline Brewing Company are all located nearby as well.

Notice for Weekday Reservations:
Our trash day is on Tuesday. Our trash company will take the trash cans out of the garage to empty them on Tuesday morning and will replace them back in the garage. They only enter directly through the garage to take the trash cans out.
The garage fits two vehicles. Any additional vehicles must park on the street or the large Kroger lot next door.

Our group of 10 stayed here for 2 nights while road tripping through Nashville. The check-in instructions were easy to follow. the garage parking was convenient. one of our vehicles was too large to fit so we had to park next door at the Kroger and didn't have any issues. The other neighbors were parking in the alley longer than anticipated and we had to wait to pull out, which is not a reflection on the owner, just the area. If you're coming and going, be aware. The place looks as described and was beautifully decorated. We staged many of our own "photoshoots" before heading out for the day. For my fellow Asians, there's an Asian grocery store and several Asian restaurants a 5 minute drive away.
We were able to check in an hour early. We appreciated the quick response from Wa. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Wa provided coffee, spices, foil, plastic wrap and lots of extra amenities. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have blackout curtains. There were lots of wood hangers and also skirt/pant hangers. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, soap and plenty of towels. We would definitely stay again. One of the nicest Airbnb’s we have stayed in.
Very nice place. Well kept. Clean. Loved the colors and the wall murals. Neighborhood was quiet. Liked having the grocery store half a block away. Easy to Uber downtown. I liked everything about it. 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms was perfect. Really liked the rooftop patio. Great Host!!! Thank you for everything. Would stay there again.
This was our second stay at “the Wild West” and it was just as great as our first stay. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked several meals and lacked for nothing in cookware and utensils. The air conditioner worked very well. The beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. There is a Kroger right next door and several restaurants in walking distance.
fantastic house. Looks just like the pictures. extremely clean. Courtney, the host, was wonderful! the instructions to get into the house were very clear. She also gave a bunch of recommendations with discount codes. i would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for a place off the strip only 10min from Broadway. there is a grocery store and a great taco place within walking distance.
Courtney was super helpful throughout our stay and her place is beautiful. She offered super clear instructions with insights on things to do locally. The house was immaculate and with plenty of space and accommodations. Would definitely recommend and if I’m visiting Nashville again I would totally consider going back to her place.
