There are multiple local bars and restaurants within a few minutes drive of our homes along Charlotte Ave. L&L Market is an indoor vintage marketplace that has a brewery, shops, food and is home to Culture & Co.- the rotating conveyor belt displaying cheese, charcuterie boards, and wine.
For nearby bars, check out Streetcar- a new pub and beer garden with an outdoor patio in a restored, turn-of-the-century commercial building. Fat Bottom Brewing, Bearded Iris Brewing, and Bassline Brewing Company are all located nearby as well.
For nearby brunch and coffee shops, check out The Cafe at Thistle Farms- a cafe with a fantastic cause and great brunch menu. Notice for Weekday Reservations:
Our trash day is on Tuesday. Our handyman will take the trash cans out from the garage to the front curb on Monday evening, and bring the trash can back inside on Tuesday evening. They only enter directly through the garage to take the trash cans out.
The garage fits two vehicles. Any additional vehicles must park on the street or the large Kroger lot next door.

Such an amazing place to stay if you have a group going to Nashville! My group celebrated our college graduation here, and this stay truly made the trip feel extra special. We absolutely loved the Johnny Cash theme throughout the house — it gave the place such a fun Nashville feel and made it even more memorable. At first, I was worried we wouldn’t be close enough to Broadway, but I was definitely wrong. Ubers were cheaper than expected, always easy to find, and we never waited more than 10 minutes. It was also great being close to other Nashville neighborhoods like the Gulch and 12 South. We had a group of 8 people, and there was more than enough room for everyone to stay comfortably. Overall, we had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again!
What an amazing place to stay! A quick uber ride to downtown. We went to the Germantown section and sadly missed going into Midtown but this place was a quick ride to all of those places as well. The house was equipped with everything you needed with amazing touches of decor, plenty of throw blankets (I'm a sucker for a cozy feel). Don't hesitate book it!
The Johnny Cash’s Ring of Fire Retreat is stunning. The love and dedication to prepare this home shows in all the details, and decor just stunning. Looks just like the pictures. The home comes with everything you may need. It’s close to Airport and Downtown area. It is just a little 15 minute drive to either area. There’s a super market walking distance. This retreat is so convenient and beyond beautiful with the attention to detail. Thank you Courtney for everything.
This by far was one of the best Airbnb homes I've stayed at! Top five, easily!!! Greatest thing is having a host that's responsive!!! Great having a CLEAN and beautiful place! From the time you walked in, you knew you hit the Airbnb jackpot! Rooftop was dope!!! Definitely a FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE!
Our party of eight found this Airbnb absolutely perfect for our Nashville trip! It was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom essentials. There was plenty of seating in the den and kitchen, making it comfortable for our group. The décor was great as well. I’ll definitely be recommending this place and hope to stay here again in the future.
As a big Johnny Cash fan I couldn’t have imagined staying in a cooler place! The house was well thought out with lots of amenities! Quick 15-20 min drive and you are right downtown. I appreciated how quiet and peaceful the stay was while still being very ideally situated and close to anything you’d need.
