Early check in and late check out

Early check in and late check out options are available for a fee. This is because we would have to block off the night before or after your reservation to ensure the availability. With the early check in fee you can check in as early as 8 AM on your reservation date. With a late check out fee, you can check out as late as 7 PM on your departure date. Please contact me for availability and pricing.

Safety

Our homes are located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just between White Bridge and The Nations. All of our homes are located in secured gated communities. The West Police Precinct of the Metro Nashville Police Department is half a mile away.

Other details to note

Notice for Weekday Reservations:

Our trash day is on Tuesday. Our handyman will take the trash cans out from the garage to the front curb on Monday evening, and bring the trash can back inside on Tuesday evening. They only enter directly through the garage to take the trash cans out.

Location

For any grocery needs, Kroger is located directly next to the community and is about a 30 second walk from the townhome.

For hard alcohol, Wendell Smiths Liquor Store is about half a mile away.

There are multiple local bars and restaurants within a few minutes drive of our homes along Charlotte Ave. L&L Market is an indoor vintage marketplace that has a brewery, shops, food and is home to Culture & Co.- the rotating conveyor belt displaying cheese, charcuterie boards, and wine.

For nearby bars, check out Streetcar- a new pub and beer garden with an outdoor patio in a restored, turn-of-the-century commercial building. Fat Bottom Brewing, Bearded Iris Brewing, and Bassline Brewing Company are all located nearby as well.

For nearby brunch and coffee shops, check out The Cafe at Thistle Farms- a cafe with a fantastic cause and great brunch menu. Cafe at Thistle Farms heals, empowers, and employs women survivors of trafficking and prostitution. Big Bad Breakfast, Another Broken Egg Cafe, and Frothy Monkey cafe are also located nearby.

For nearby restaurants, Hattie B’s Hot Chicken is a Nashville staple, M.L. Rose Craft Beet and Burgers and Caffe Nonna are also recommended restaurants nearby.

For any transportation needs, Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.

Parking

The garage fits two vehicles. Any additional vehicles must park on the street or the large Kroger lot next door.

First floor bedroom: Two bunk beds with a total of four queen beds and en-suite bathroom.

Second floor bedroom: Queen bed. There is a full bathroom located nearby this bedroom.

Third floor bedroom: Bunk bed with two queen beds and en suite bathroom.

Third floor master bedroom: King bed with en-suite bathroom.
